Parent Responsibilities
At House of Joy Childcare Center, LLC, we believe that a strong partnership between families and staff is essential to each child’s success. Parents and guardians play an important role in helping us maintain a safe, consistent, and positive learning environment.
Communication
We believe open communication is key to your child’s success. Parents are encouraged to speak with teachers and staff regarding their child’s progress, daily activities, or any concerns. Important announcements, reminders, and updates will be shared through notices, emails, or parent communication apps.
Daily Schedules & Routines
Each classroom follows a structured daily schedule that includes learning activities, playtime, meals, rest, and outdoor play. Consistent routines help children feel secure and support healthy development.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of our children are our top priorities. We follow state childcare regulations regarding sanitation, illness policies, supervision, and emergency procedures. Parents are asked to keep children home when they are ill and notify the center of any health concerns or allergies.
Meals & Nutrition
Nutritious meals and snacks are provided daily in accordance with state guidelines. Parents will be informed of weekly menus and are encouraged to share any dietary needs or restrictions.
